Apartment Review for Calavera Point

Need work done on your apartment? Don't bother calling maintenence. Your best bet is to head on down to a hardware store and do it yourself. Otherwise it'll never get done. I put in work orders to repair things on the day I moved in, on the day I moved out... those same work orders were never addressed. I called once, twice a month to see if they'll ever send someone out. Same story, "oh we'll get someone out there". Nothing. They boast having an indoor basketball court. But if you don't like playing on top of trash and leaves, don't bother. They never clean it. They're computer room is a joke. I almost want to say its an old commodore or something reconstructed with atari parts. They have a pool table, pool sticks are broken. Good luck trying to get help during the summer time. The staff is out back having a party at the pool during work hours. Actual years lived at this apartment should read 2006 to 2007. <P>
