Apartment Review for Stonegate

I've lived in Stonegate for a while now mainly for the location to CU and my job. This place really SUCKS now. Over the summer they made all the units that don't face the southwest sky, switch to comcast cable stating reason being some residents complained they couldn't get cable internet out here, and because of signal lost. In all my years of being here the signal was only lost a handful of times and that was during heavy severe snow storms. Now with cable I lose signal very week. In fact as I write this the **** thing has going out again. Cable is also about twice as much as sat. tv and the manager knows this but she got kick backs from switching so what does she care? Also it is LOUD. There are constant parties going on, and the person above me stomps so hard it knocks the art off my walls. The staff (except for one person-Susan) is rude. They don't care about people working night shifts. If you aren't up to answer the door when they come to do maintance work, they leave a nasty note for you. One year the maintance guy had the balls to come and bang on my bedroom window until I got up. For the price you can find some place much better then this place. This is my last year at Stonegate. I finish up my program in May.
