Apartment Reviews for Stonegate
Maybe I missed something...

I've lived at Stonegate for exactly a year, and just resigned for another year. To be completelly honest, the only reason I am planning on leaving right now, is because I am moving out of state. The place is great! The buildings are almost new, and although the amenities inside are not first class, they are definatelly not bad (this is an apartment complex after all, not a country club.) The location almost feels like the middle of no where, although it is SOOOOO close to everything. If you're like me, and you're lucky enough to get an exterior unit, the views are AMAZING! I am on the third floor, so I probably cannot comment on the issues of the 2nd floor occupant, but the only time I hear my neighbors is when a door is slammed or mine and their windows are open.
Each apartment has a washer and drier, built in microwave and dishwasher. The floor plans are spacious and easy to use. This is one of the only places that allows larger dogs, and I have NEVER EVER EVER heard a dog barking or seen dog poop left over on the ground. There is a small fitness center, pool, hot tub. As for parking... are you kidding me? or maybe you're just looking to park directly at your front door? There are units available w/ access directly from the garage, or plenty of parking (that isn't arranged like a sea, but intermingled among the buildings.) Again, I might be lucky, but I know I'm not the only one. (I moved in upon a recommendation from a friend!)
