This is a really good place, the amenities and location really are excellent for families. The office staff and maintnence crew have done everything I have asked very quickly. The apartments are quiet and the grounds are really pretty when the snow is gone. All in all a great place to rent especially if you have dogs. The price is high, but so is everywhere else..

I moved in to a 3rd floor unit in Oct. 2010 after my friend from college told me about her good experiences with the place 10 years ago and talking to management. I have had no problems with noise in my unit, but I seem to have quiet neighbors. The maintenance staff are top notch; responded quickly and professionally to my broken microwave (replaced same day), broken toilet (fixed same day), and beeping firealarm (fixed same day). Parking is bad here. I pay for a covered, reserved spot (marked as so), but have had people park in my place forcing me to decide to tow them. My neighbors are largely disrespectful of shared areas; leaving dog puke in the stairwell, fast food wrappings in hallways and on the stairs, and smoking in the halls. The maintenance workers clean it up when I report the problem, but because we're on the 3rd floor, it goes unnoticed as being a problem unless someone reports it to the staff. I wish the perps responsible for the mess would clean it up; just because you pay rent doesn't entitle you to live like a slob. I have 2 big dogs and find the location great for dog walking and/or running. The majority of people in the complex do pick up their dog messes. Lots of trash cans along the walking paths to dispose of it, no excuse not to pick it up. The rent is high (I have found larger places with yards at very near the same price point in Broomfield) and the parking is craptacular, which will likely be the reason I leave in the end.

So I have to say to the other reviewer- i didnt live here in 2004/2005 so i dont know what it was like then, but it was awesome for the time we were here! We lived here from 2007-2009 and just recently moved out of state. Our floorplan was amazing, two bedroom apartment with mountain views and a fireplace - loved it!! we never heard our neighbors, just a few footsteps above every now and then, but nothing crazy. The staff is really friendly and it seemed like they actually cared, which is more than i can say about some places ive lived. We also really enjoyed the resident events they hosted every month - wine tastings, pool parties, poker night, there was definitely something for everyone. I highly recommend this place!!

I lived here from Dec 2004-Feb 2005. The layout of the apartment was awesome. LOVED the floorplan. Too bad it wasnt in a different apartment complex! Lived right behind the pool so dealt with that noise..the pool closed at 10 but people were always still in the hot tub after hours until they started locking up the gate. Then the maintenance guy moved and they stopped locking the gate. There was always very loud music playing in the pool area in the mornings when the cleaning crew came in to clean the leasing office. The windows were poorly built, when it was really windy it sounded like the windows were just going to shatter. I could hear every single neighbor I lived next to. A screaming crying baby always next door, the girl with her annoying bass in my stairwell. I asked her several times to keep it down but she was rather inconsiderate about it. Parking was a complete JOKE. only 3 regular parking spaces in front of a building that needed to accomodate 6 tenants. Had to pay extra for parking just to get a carport to have somewhere to park every night! Their valet trash pick up was a joke as well. People would leave their trash out every single day and they only collected on certain days. The place literally looked like a dump every day because of this. Office staff was ok..other then that I would recommend purchasing a home rather then renting here because that is exactly how much you will be paying in rent. This complex is extremely overpriced for what they have to offer. A dumpster with ample parking and thin walls.. <P>
