Apartment Reviews for Copper Terrace - Centennial

Before moving to Copper Terrace, I came from one of those rental properties owned by a faceless company out-of-state who wasted their money on fancy (yet cheap) decor and appliances, poor insulation, no parking (except the covered ones of which there are plenty vacant) and lots of rules, where they raise your rent obligatorily each time your lease is up by $65 - $95.

So, maybe I am a bit biased when I say this place is EXCELLENT for having a great balcony where I can put what I want there, a temperature controlled outdoor storage closet, fantastic insulation from noise, ample parking, well-maintained appliances, friendly and helpful neighbors, proximity to everything I need (Natural Grocers, I-25, Nissan Dealership), and all at a price that isn't a slap in the face.
