Eagleview Apartments are situated near plenty of green space with Palmer Park, Boulder Park, Monument Valley Park, and more within minutes of the premises. Golfers can practice their swing at Patty Jewett Municipal Golf Course down the street. Several elementary, middle, and high schools surround the area, making Eagleview a great option for tenants with children. Students of Colorado College will also enjoy a short commute to campus. Reviews are few and far between, with no clear consensus on Eagleview. One renter from 2011 was dissatisfied with the many smokers living at the complex and felt laundry was a bit expensive. Exploring Colorado Springs is easy for renters at Quail Run Apartments. Interstate 25 is just streets away from the property and a few bus stops are within walking distance. Eateries like Dublin House Sports Bar, Jun Japanese, and Papa Murphy's are steps from the premises as well. Dublin Park and Pulpit Rock Park are not far either. Shopping is no problem with Woodmen Valley Shopping Center, King Soopers, and Sam's Club a little over 4 miles away. Resident experiences vary according to some reviews. One renter disliked the management and believed the amenities were not worth the cost of rent. Sienna Place Apartments are ideal for residents with children attending Stratton Meadows Elementary, which is a short walk down the street. Cheyenne Crest Apartments are situated in a prime location for any nature lovers, with Cheyenne Meadows Park and Dog Park streets away from the property. Avid golfers can also take advantage of the Country Club of Colorado just across 115. Traversing town is no problem with a bus stop right outside the property and I-25 close by. The neighborhood offers quick access to plenty of shopping like King Soopers across the way, and the Cheyenne Mountain Center and Cinemark Tinseltown movie theater a bit further. Resident reviews report trouble with neighbors, irresponsible pet owners, and a few feel the price is steep. However, not renters feel the same.
