Review for Constitution Square Apartments

I lived in this complex when it first was brand new, and then it looked ok, but it wasnt anything great, and they surely did take short cut on the cheap side in finishing the inside area. I lived here only six months, and then it was hard to find apartments in the Springs. It was a quiet place, but nothing great. I was disappointed in the swimming pool, and jacuzzi area, as well as the little kind of clubhouse, etc. I didnt have any trouble with the management at that time, but have heard from friends who now live there that there always seems to be a turn over of front office personnel. I was not eligible for the section 8 or whatever the discounted rent program is called, and would suggest to those seeks apartments to first ask if the complex that they are looking at is one of these.
