Review for Constitution Square Apartments

This was my first apartment after college...and my youthful optimism led me astray. The complex looks clean and new from the road, but don't be fooled. Visits from the cops are not uncommon. The pool is closed as often as it is open. The common room equipped with "internet access" is a single bare desk with cables sticking out to indicate where a computer sat at one point. The managment struggles to keep track of accounts...various fees appear and disappear from bills on a monthly basis, and rent bills don't arrive until they are two days past due. Best to stay away from this place.

The only competent person in the entire complex is the maintenance guy...here's to you.
