I have only lived here for a few months, and so far so good, but-the buildings themselves are nasty, and sustained heavy fire and smoke damage.
have been in a bad fire. Maintainence tried covering up where the fire and black smoke was, but it is very obvious the apts. sustained heavy fire & smoke damage. The worst part of this is, maagement didn't inform me of anything pertaining to a fire!
Now, about the roach problem- Even though I have bought Combats...there are still roaches in the most disgusting places!!
Overall, it is a "decent" place to live, but I have seen much, much better!
The weekends are the worst, when management aren't around to oversee the place. There are kids running wild, loud music, screaming and overall chaos!
I have had my first encounter with gunshots only last month.
The police are quick to respond when any disturbances occur, and that is a major plus.
I suppose it could be alot worse, so I am not really complaining...merely voicing my opinion. With that said, I give this complex a 6 on a scale from 1 to 10.
I have washer/ dryer hookups that don't have any water pressure whatsoever. I will be moving when my lease is up!!
