Review for Talon Hill Apartments

The staff smiles very nicely, but they are not nice. They make you feel like you are an annoying, picky person if you try to talk to them about any questions or problems. The high electric bill cannot be explained, and the water bill just went way up for no reason. The apartment looked very nice when I moved in, but actually living in them shows very poor quality workmanship. For the price they charge, I expected much more.
