Review for Talon Hill Apartments

We were attracted to these apartments because of the floorplans and architecture, as well as their location. However, there are several negative aspects. Here's the rundown:
No Parking. Unless you are renting one of the $1,400, two to three bedroom apartments, you are fighting for a parking spot everyday.
Poor Customer Service. The office staff put on pretty smiles, but there is no genuine concern for you or your quality of life while living here. Phone messages are ignored. (The maintenance staff are nice.)
Icy / Dangerous Sidewalks and Roads. Don't expect to have your walkway cleared or salt put down on the ice.
Noise. You can hear your neighbor pulling toliet paper off the roll. (No joke.)

We are currently dealing with a situation that has us considering breaking our lease. We will post more after we come to some resolution.
