Apartment Review for Beverly Place Apartments

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!! You will regret it. I've only live here almost 6 months and they have breached my least on more than 3 occasion. You will not get any repairs done. You will be abused and harassed by Yvnonne Martin, the horrible manager. She is so combative and unwilling to help you with anything. The apartments suck! You can hear through the walls all too well, there is dog crap everywhere, and trash is all over the ground. The parking lot is full of pot holes and your cars will be towed at your expense, even if you have handicapped guests parking in a handicapped spot. They are so awful and rude and their corporate OLP Mangement, doesn't give a crap either. The fitness center is crap - broken machines and the sauna smells like mildew. It may look nice on the outside and even in the model they will show you, but the apartment you will get is completely different and you will not be taken care of. Please do not move here, no one should have to put up their crap!
