Apartment Review for Bonterra Lakeside

I fell in love with this apartment when i first saw the inside, too bad you dont get what you see. Upon my move in, the first second i immediatly smell dog urine throughout the entire house,their were holes in the window casings, broken glass, leaky dishwasher, broken balcony, and 11 other things that should of been fixed. The very unprofessional office women lie continuously and never put in work orders as nothing was fixed for almost two months after i put in many more requests. I had to have my dishwasher back up 4 times with black nasty pipe water draining all over my house, my ac leaks everytime it is on and they say its because i have it set too low, yeah 80 is too low? Now my toliet will not stop running so i decided to fix it myself, too bad i cant seeing as the metal rod inside that flushes it has rusted in half and there was a paper clip, yes a paper clip holding it together...and thats what you get at bonterra lakeside, i have had to put in close to 30 work orders in 3 months and about 9 of them have been completed eventhough when i asked for a print out of all the work orders they all say completed on them, really? i still have broken glass, this place still reaks of uring, the fridge is broke, the giant black bugs in the wrotten wood in the bathroom keep returning, the windows that were suppose to be replaced but are not dont fit in the window casing so you get a nice freezing or hot breeze all year round, you pay an outrageous water bill, shall i go on, this is what $1500 a month gets u, dont believe the lies of, o your rent will only be 1219, thats before they add on fees for services you are not allowed to use, i regret moving in n breaking my lease 9 months early to get the **** out!!!!!!!!
