Apartment Review for Bonterra Lakeside

When we first moved in, the staff were wonderful and everything was taken care of immediately. However, we have been here for almost a year now and we have put in almost 3 service tickets and still have not had our issues addressed....it’s been 10 months?!? The ladies that work the club house also used to be top notch, but since new people have started working the service and professionalism have went from a 10 to a 2...it’s ridiculous, and we are so dissatisfied.
Lastly, the pot holes that seem to get bigger by the day are all over the place and you can’t miss them if you try...this place just seems to be going down the drain, and its going quickly.
We are very disappointed!
