Apartment Reviews for Bonterra Lakeside - Colorado Springs

When we first moved in the personnel that worked in the office were WONDERFUL! Over the last year they have went through quite a few people and they are getting worse and worse. Very unprofessional! The overall appearance of the apartment complex has also went downhill as well. There is tons of trash all over the place and it never gets picked up. The potholes are horrible. Also if you plan on stepping in the grass, get ready to step on dog droppings- they are all over the place and it is disgusting!

I love this place! I never want to move I live in a HUGE 2 bedroom and its amazing. I have seen changes all over the community from green grass to office staff. (which i think is for the better) and I have no complaints... well except for parking but thats why i rented a garage. Its completely quiet here never hear my neighbors and the views are breath taking. All i can say is... truely Devine!!!

So...I've lived at Bonterra since the beginning of September 2008. I love it here, personally. The buildings and the property is a little older, I think they were built in the 70's, but I like that because the landscaping is gorgeous. You can only get the tall, shady trees with an older property. My neighbors are pretty quiet for the most part except for the occasional fights...their dog was a pain...they kept letting it out on the balcony to use the bathroom...which was gross. But, they got rid of it. Maintenance is really efficient. Every work order I've put in has been done fast and done right, every time. The office staff is great too. Super nice and it always seems like they're happy to see you. All in all I really love these apartments. The outside of the property isn't anything special to look at but once you get inside it's very very nice. They're extremely spacious and the color schemes give it a nice touch. The only things I would change is that I'd like to have a bigger bathroom and kitchen...and the lighting sucks...and the parking. Other than that..it's perfect. I'd recommend this apartment complex to anyone..and I have. :) If you're looking at renting in the springs, you should definitely look at bonterra and keep them in mind.
