Terrible people to rent from. Use performance evaluations to steal peoples money. Will deduct everything from performance eval including checking fireplace and caulking which is normal wear and tear

Same experience. I've gone out of my way to review this company online hoping to help others watch out. I've been renting properties for 20 years and have never been raked over the coals for every last penny as I have by this company.
