Review for Carefree Village Townhomes Apartments

When we first moved here and the original owner was running things all was cool. Noise was scarce. People friendly. Everyone minded their own p's and q's around here. No fights, no loud parties, WAS the best place to live for under a grand. Since the owner died and his son took over we've gone through 3, yeah that's right, 3, managers, rent's gone up, up, up and they'll let any Tom, Dick, and Harry move in. This place has truly gone down. People fighting, literally rolling around in the street type of fighting, cursing, yelling, at all hours of the night. The managment thinks they are in control of things around here and pretend to do so by sending out these stupid notes they attach to your garages letting you know you can't do this or that but I still see the same stuff going on. Saying there's a no noise policy that begins at 10p. Yeah right, what a joke! Practically every day out of the week anywhere between 11p and 5a someone's outside running around yelling and cursing or worse, fighting. People's car alarms going off at all hours of the night. They say they have security cameras on the premises but that's a joke. They have 2 and they are on the manager's side of the complex. Threatening to give out 3 day notices for this and that but the same people that are causing the problems are still here and probably will be here long after we leave, THIS MONTH!!! I will not be renewing my lease. It's obvious that all they want is money, money, money, money and don't care who, which, or how they get it.
