Review for Carefree Village Townhomes Apartments

I agree that the new owner is DEFINATELY money hungry!!!! With the way my husband gets paid, it makes it difficult to have our payments in right on the 5th of the month. Right now we're struggling and living paycheck to paycheck. We have no problem paying a late fee when we're late, but they don't give you any kind of chance to get your rent in!! The last day to pay rent before you get a late fee is the 5th. If it's not in by then you better believe you'll have a 3 day notice by the 7th! After that they tack they're $210 attorney fee on and get ready to kick you out! They are rude and nasty about the whole process and have NO people skills. I would recommend this place to ANYONE!!! On top of all their greed, they don't even keep the place up the way they need to. We have 2 doors that have come off the hinges and the toilet keeps flooding. There's a horrible leak under the bathroom sink, and the garbage disposal doesn't work. All this happend in the 3 months we've been living here!! This place is awful. I wish I'd never moved here.
