Beautiful, well-maintained older (one building 1936, the other late 1800s) apartment building in walking distance of downtown. The office has odd hours, but always responds to phone calls, as does the maintenence man. It's a fairly quiet place to live and far more interesting than your run of the mill apartment building - and much more solidly built. The only downsides are a lack of air conditioning and the fact that the heating system makes some odd noises in the winter. Despite that, I love it here and don't plan on moving any time soon. <P>
