Apartment Review for Champions At Norwood

I lived in the complex for 18 months. THere are several problems we had from the first day. They states its luxury apartments, but its not. Its a standard apartment complex. The staff rotates routinely and they seem to hire very uneducated and arrogrant staff. The don't fix normal apartmetn maintenance problems. And due to very poor quality materials, your electric bill will be high. You can stand at the window and feel the wind blowing through cracks. Cars have been vandelized. There is no security. People from other neighborhoods used the pool at will. And now if you are late on rent, the charge add $1000 to your normal rent until your lease ends. The complex is also full of college kids. And one thing s that I do notice is that the discriminate against minorities. Two of my blacks friends in the military with better credit then mine were told they had to put down huge deposits to live there. Its a nice location, but I would not recommend this place. <P>
