For some time now, it seems that there has been a problem/issue with the lights located within the parking lot. There are lights that don't work. This can make people feel unsafe walking to and from their vehicle. A dark parking lot can welcome crime and could increase chance of injury. Does Cheyenne Crest staff/management not care about the safety of it's residents? Also, on parking, the parking here might not be the best but I've seen worse.
