Colony Hills Apartments ( over a year ago )

I was there for one year. Large living area - but hard to place furniture due to it's lay out. Limited closet space and no storage space. Small ,tight squeez kitchen. Balcony a plus. Bathroom small. Neighbors can be noisy at times. Poor lighting at night where parking area and walkways are located. A person was recently robbed at gunpoint in the parking lot.Parking is first come first serve and can be hard to find espicially with ongoing "city" construction. Nice pool in summer but no real "hot" tub as described by management. It has jets, is moderately hot but no on/off switch. Was told all summer they were "upgrading it". I don't think it is worth the money and one could find better accomdations at a better price elsewhere. I would rate it 2 1/2 stars.

I rented twice at Colony Hills! Once in 1993 and again in 2007! The place for location isn't bad. Parking can be tricky but if your lucky its covered. Residents are mostly soldiers and families. Security, maintenance, and upkeepig of grounds can be scary. But I pay 825 now and hate it. I paid 535 there and the days went by without wondering why I lived there! Beware though your will be broken into if you don't take everything out! I would recommend this place if you want low rent and plenty of space( 1000) sq ft! I have 1175 now and pay 825!
