Apartment Review for Constitution Square

This complex is looking very run down. They started to replace some of that blow away mulch with rocks, but it seems like they quit, and just have left a big pile of rocks in the parking lot. I can harldy wait for my lease to be up, and get away from the crazy office people. Getting evicition notices, even though you have paid your rent ontime, is not uncommon here. Nobody can come to an agreement what the rent should be. I should put a sign on the road outside the complex stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! <P>
