Inadequate heating system ! ( over a year ago )

The units use a hot water based heat system that is unable to maintain a comfortable temperature. North facing units in the wintertime can only maintain a 30 to 35 degree differential from the outside. When the temperature drops to below zero you can (literally) see your breath inside if you do not use two or more space heaters. They are unable to fix the issue as it would likely require major system maintenance. They reimburse $20.00 for a space heater, but this just eats up your electric bill and still cannot maintain a normal room temp. In summary, get south facing unit, don't rent there in the winter, or just go somewhere else.
