Apartment Review for Fountain Springs Apartments

well the title says a lot here. when i moved in it was not clean(were talking dusty candy on the carpet and ton of bird food and feathers in the corners, and wax on the floor).
told them about the gap in my door and my fridge that is only good for beer and barley that cause it freezes everything. the complexes fix weather striping and turning the fridge down to 3(and it still freezes things including beer).
i've told them about the rediculus amount of noise and had to call the police several times still nothing has been done(i guess the noise is fine if you like living in a constant thunder storm and listening to the bowling a wrestling team practice) .
safety i guess is fine if you don't mind the occasional mob gang fight(not what i expected from a gated community they try to advertise).
