Apartment Review for Garden Terrace Apartments

I lived in Garden Terrace for a year and that was 11 months too long. To start off after a few months of living there my girlfriends car got broken into and ransacked. Throughout the year there were at least 5 more break-ins around the complex. The "security doors" are a complete joke, We had 5 casers (they try to come in your apartment by posing to be from comcast or other companies when really they are scoping out your place to rob) come to our apartment wanting to "check out" our cable or sell us papers and magazines. The people working at the front office don't know their *** from a hole in the ground, they lose checks frequently and also aren't up to date on your rates. Group utilities are the biggest joke of all. We had a 2br/2ba and we were paying 900+ dollars a month on a rent that was originally $725. DO NOT LIVE HERE!
