You can hear everything here, and I make no exxageration. These walls are paper thin it seems. The parking is great, they take good care of the outside. But the windows are old, and bug get in. And people on the lower levels experience problems with ants, and small beetles, and spiders, and moths. In our place, I have to spend way too much time cleaning up just to make sure ants don't show up for the tiniest crumb. If you have children, you know how hard that is. The maintainance will show up at random if you need them, sometimes they have just come in while I was sleeping, and it scared me to death. The summers are HOT, and during the windows these old windows let in quite the draft. I do generally feel safe here, though. I feel like there might be ants living under the carpet. I do love this place, and the area more than I love anywhere else, I just wish I had air conditioning and better windows. And new carpet.
