I wanted 2say2 some of the ppl reading these reviews. Number 1, shady Renee is no longer there. Kristy is wonderful. Don't believe everything u read. I mean come on. 1review said she had lived there for years and they never fixed anything. HELLO, years, y did u keep renewing ur lease. And the 1 about pipes freezing n bathroom, in a apt complex. Come on now. Its just when u did move out, maybe u didn't get all or any of ur deposit back. And its not staff to blame its u. Keep up good work Pine Bluff

The luxury apartments are not luxury, the bathrooms freeze up in the winter. They don't replace carpet when it is sun faded or their cleaning staff have spilled clorox on the carpet. Do not move in there.

We loved our time there. The pool was always refreshing and faces were friendly. I never had to ask twice for anything :) Were sad to say goodbye and recommend Pine Bluffs 100%

I have lived here for 2 years and just renewed my lease. These ratings are not accurate. I feel safe here all the time, there has never been an issue. parking is always available and I even have my own carport. It's a beautiful place to live and it's very very well taken care of I see maintenance men and landscapers out all the time. The office staff has improved lately and the new Manager Ashley is very polite and helpful. I won't move ever if I can help it. I highly recommend living here. I LOVE IT!!!!!!!

PINE BLUFFS
The mail room has had a terrible mess in it for awhile now. Spilled pop has attracted flies and has not been cleaned up. The south end of the property needs light fixture covers over the bulbs on the light poles. The bases also need cosmetic maintenance. There is trash and dog poop spread throughoiut the community. The parking lots need to be cleaned / street swept.

There are very disrespectful people that drive through the parking lot late at night with their music turned up very loud. I suggest the complex hire a security company or person to patrol at night, especially weekends.
People need to pick up after their dog. Dog poop left in grass on property in many places.
Many light poles that are still working are down on far south end of property. This looks horrible and does not properly light up the parking lot. This needs to be fixed.
The garbage company leaves behind small pieces of garbage in the garbage area, which looks bad.
All in all, the place is pretty good in comparison to other complexes in the area. These key improvements would really help though.

My apartment is nice and clean. the windows need to be insulated. Frost tends to accumulate inside. Also the pool is only 65 degrees. BRRR. Otherwise the people are very nice and work with residents to help decrease incidents. <P>

I've enjoyed living here. I have a good relationship with management. Maintenance has been performed timely and as needed. Love the pool! <P>
