Apartment Review for Pinecrest Apartments

I had a friend that lived there and was robbed twice in 3 months. Once was attacked outside. The other time her apartment was broken into and all of her electronics were stolen. Police patrol the area a lot, but only because the area is such a dump. It's cheap, but there's a good reason for it.
