Apartment Reviews for Pinnacle Apartments
"The Peak of Luxury Living?"

Well, we did not have a very good experience and it can be summarized in this letter that we wrote to the leasing office....

To Whom It May Concern: This letter is to serve as a formal written notification of our intent to vacate the premises. We would love to report that our resident experience here at the Pinnacle Apartments was a satisfactory one. Unfortunately, it has been anything but. The apartment itself was extremely nice and we had no issues with any of our neighbors. The only area of contention we had was the continued sheer lack of customer service, professionalism and common courtesy displayed by the leasing office. We understand that this is a business. We signed a lease agreement and understood our obligations and responsibilities. We have paid our rent in a timely manner, and for the one occurrence in which we were late (due to the blizzard) we paid the $50 fee with no qualms. All we felt entitled to in return, was some semblance of customer service (which should be a given). All of our dealings with the leasing office were unpleasant experiences. The gist of which was repeatedly its not our responsibility. In any business, retention is always a huge factor. It is much easier to draw new customers as opposed to retaining current customers. With the its not our responsibility mentality your complex will definitely have issues retaining customers. Moving from Arizona to Colorado we ended up purchasing our apartment sight unseen. Online, the complex appeared to be reputable and nice. Had we researched further and read the reviews, we would have definitely gone a totally different direction. We felt obligated to report the Pinnacle Apartments to the Apartment Association. There is no accounting for quality customer service. The amount of money spent monthly should ensure reasonable customer service or at least professionalism. We hope that in the future, your tenants receive a level of service that The Peak of Luxury Living should guarantee.

Sincerely, Mr. and Mrs. Christopher Jones
