Apartment Review for Rockledge Apartments

I lived there before (2003-04) the apartments were sold or change management, now Rockledge.
Maintenace always was bad, in my last weeks, there was a leak from the upper unit, I lived on the first floor, the leak created a hole on the ceiling, I have to put a five gallon bucket to keep the water from flooding my unit..I reported inmediatly to the office, without any response, regrardless of where I was in the city, I had to return every two hours or so to empty the bucket, sometimes even awaken in the middle of the night to drop the water..was a real nightmare..
The employees there for sure are underpaid and they simply don't care about tenants, of course they are people with lower education and low standards

Beside all those agravations, they were demanding payment of the last month, when I honestly don't own them a penny. Like the other person said, was my worst experience renting a place, they are not luxury apartments, but at least, if proffesional people will manage them, another will be the case.My rating will be :Zero star.
