Review for Spring Canyon Apartments

We have lived here for over a year now and will not be renewing our lease again. I think it's been the safe and easy location and maintenance guys we have enjoyed the most. Maintenance is great and arrives same day for most things and gets it done right the first time.
It's the parking, the cost, the noise, and the management is why we are moving out. Very often the parking is very tight and sometimes not a spot in the entire complex. The noise from the second floor is terrible, I can hear them do everything from flipping on a lightswitch to just walking across the livingroom. The management always seems nice, but have overheard them talking about other tenants behind they're backs and wondering what they say about me. I've personally witnessed them closing the office during business hours to hang out with a big bunch of drunk rednecks that they let into the pool all summer. Also for what you get, the cost really isn't worth it. Shop around before coming here. You can find much nicer, bigger places loaded with more and better amenities for the same price. That's what we have found and are moving out now. I would not recommend it here unless the location is your absolute priority.
