The incompetence starts at the highest level and rolls downhill. The manager (Sonja) is very fake (two faced) and lacks the common sence needed for such a possition. Thusly, she has managed to hire an office staff and maintenance staff that are also very incompetent. Jobs don't get done, the ball will always get dropped, and complaining doesn't help. Moving out is the only answer. I may recommend this place if Omni replaced the management team. The only time that dealing with the office and the staff is not a hastle, is when you drop off the rent check. All other times require several trips to the office or several calls in order to complete things.
