Apartment Review for Sunset Creek

I stayed at Sunset Creek, not too long ago. I was a tennant in the building at the entrance of the complex. Fixtures were dated, and carpet although was shampooed, was stained in some spots. My garbage disposal never worked, maintenance was timely in coming to fix it, it would function for one or two days and it would stop working. Neighbors can be noisy at times. If you like the smell of old stagnant curry, then you'll love this place. Yes, cigarette smoke is vented into your apartment. My car was broken into and many items were stolen from it. Security does patrol, but tennants are not very safe. I think Comcor...that stands for Community Corrections, kind of a half way house for the states convicted criminals is still next door. <P>
