Apartment Review for Tanager Meadows

we've lived here for over a year and have had little to no problems. if we have issues and need maintenance, they're usually here the same day. Parking sucks in certain areas of the complex and some of the neighbors have no respect for those around them or if anyone has children. Managers are cracking down hard on people who are in various violations, but no one wants to do their part and lets stuff happen. My biggest complaint is that when we moved in, the cleaning company didn't plug in any of the kitchen appliances back in.

Unfortunately, many residents do not take care of the place and you never know what kind of apartment you're going to get. Management has also been working to fix these issues as well and most of the time carpeting and such are replaced between every tenant. I cannot vouch for the condition of appliances though.

Yes, there is only one deadbolt on the front door, but you are allowed to put an extra latch or 5 on your door if you so wish.

The apartments are relatively quiet. I rarely hear my neighbors and the ones above us have 2 very small kids. I can hear when they vacuum or run the garbage disposal though (not loud, very faint).
