The Parc at Briargate is minutes from I-25, Route 85, and down the road from several bus stops, so getting around should be easy. Shopaholics can feed their addiction at the nearby Chapel Hills Mall or adjacent stores like Barnes & Noble, DSW, or Dollar Tree. Residents will not go hungry with the many eateries in the area, such as Subway, Sonic, Chick-fil-A, Chipotle, and Mandarin Bistro. Students of Colorado Christian University will enjoy the short commute, as well as those affiliated with the Colorado Springs Police Department. Resident reviews are mixed. Though many say the staff is friendly and responsive, some disagree and said parking is not ideal. Regardless, management responds to all reviews to ensure tenants are satisfied.
