Apartment Review for The Vineyards Of Colorado Springs

This complex is nice looking on the outside but once you move here, it is all down hill. There is dog poop all over, people run into our outer walls and front gate, recently somebody ran into our code box and now our gates are stuck open all the time, so much for a gated community. This place has juvenile punks here who last night, through all of the pool furniture and planters (with dirt) into the pool. They also bent all of the gate locks so you can't get in or out of the pool area. This is not a place I would ever reccommend to anybody and we've only lived here for 7 months and we are hoping that there is a way to get out of our contract from them so we can move to a better complex. I would not rent from them because you get less then what you pay for. <P>
