Apartment Reviews for Western Terrace - Colorado Springs

Resident reviews on Western Terrace Apartments are mixed. In July 2012, one reviewer enjoyed the office staff, great maintenance, and more updated units, but mentioned that parking can be tough at times and air conditioning and in-unit washer and dryers will be installed for an extra fee. A reviewer from 2011 was displeased with the security gate and blames the area for any troubles in the complex. It should be noted that reviews are a bit older and things may have been more recently updated. The area is convenient to Valley Hi Golf Course and Memorial Park, so spending time in the outdoors is no trouble. Commuters will appreciate the many bus stops at the edge of the property and close proximity to Route 24 and I-25.
