Apartment Review for Wildridge

I had a great experience, and the only reason we moved is because we need washer and dryer hookups. The staff was always very friendly to me and they made it feel like home. The only I can think about the bad reviews is that they were bad tenants. I am currently living at bonterra lakeside, parking sucks at ever apartment complex I have been to in COS, but here they tow there own tenants. We went out of town on a weekend and they towed our car and we had to pay over three hundred dollars! They said if we leave we had to park in the overflow parking lot! Wildridge provides permits so that will never happen! Plus at BONTERRA, they instantly hold you hostage once you sign the lease. Wildridge did its best to make my husband, my dog, and me feel like we wouldn't be taken advantage of and that we could be at home in our "home". Be a respectful person and I am sure your experience there will be as great as the others.
