Review for Wildridge Apartments

I have lived in this apartment complex and have had several complaints. I will addmit the place is worn down and needs alot of work. My deck is very close to collapsing and so is my ceiling. The windows are not put on correctly and so wind drifs are constantly keeping this place cold. My complex is no where close to being remodeled yet. When a storm comes, shingles get blown off the roof from many buildings. I have a close friend who lives in the same complex just different building and has had the NEW maintance people try to enter her place without calling her to let her know, in which case they have to do in order to enter a tenants apartment.(in the contract).----The maintance people need a well good reason to enter, they are not just to enter when they want to. Would you like it if a COMPLETE STRANGER ENTERS YOUR HOME AND IS IN YOUR SURROUNDING WITH ALL YOUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS,MONEY,JEWLERY,AND EVEN CHILDREN WITHOUT YOUR KNOWING OF IT OR YOUR PERMISSION??? dont think so! Something needs to be done about it.
All i hope is that the buildings get remodeled quickly and maintance calls before entering anyones apartment.
