Nested within its own community of garden walkways and landscaping, Country Club And Gardens sits minutes outside of downtown Denver. Located just 4 blocks from Washington Park, this rental property affords tenants the ability to get out from within the cramped spaces of close quarter living and stretch their legs. Reviewers have had issues regulating the heating and cooling because it is a 70 year-old building. The general manager is vocal in his position and does his best to deal with everything he can. With complaints of rodents in the building, a pest control contractor was hired for any issues. The maintenance staff and office personnel have received exemplary reviews as of late. Just off I-225, Axis At Nine Mile Station provides tenants access to a variety of attractions and entertainment. The complex is adjacent to Cherry Creek Trail where one can bike or run for some exercise. John F. Kennedy Park is within walking distance as well. Within a half a mile is Platt College for the college student looking in search of a rental property. On the way, don’t forget to stop at Starbucks along South Parker Road. The city of Denver is currently constructing Denver Union Station that brings together many different transportation modes.
