Public transportation travels by the complex and Interstates 25 & 225 are nearby.

Tamarac Village sits on Tamarac Drive in Southeast Denver. The premises is close to Interstate 25 and Interstate 225 for easy commuting. There is a plethora of shopping and eating destinations nearby, including Kabsa, China Beijing, Las Caras Mexican, Benihana, Bank of the West, Fur Boutique, Oshima Ramen, Subway, and Walgreen's. Reviews for Tamarac Village have been mixed. Reviewers have been largely pleased with their apartments and the neighborhood, however, many reviews mention that the apartments are getting more expensive and a few residents feel they are no longer worth the price.

Redstone Ranch is located in Northeast Denver, in a neighborhood called Green Valley Ranch. The property is close to Interstate 70, as well as the Denver Airport. Nearby, tenants can visit Walgreen's, Carl’s Jr., Wendy's, Blue Bay Asian Cafe, and more. Banking is no problem with Chase, TCF, and US Bank so close. Reviews for Redstone Ranch have mentioned pests problems in the units. Also, there are a number of mentions of the apartments being unsatisfactory upon move in.

The Botanica Apartments sit on historic Founder’s Green in the heart of the Stapleton Town Center, which is under 20 minutes away from downtown Denver off of Colfax Avenue. Grocery shopping is a snap, as residents can choose from Sam’s Club, Walmart, or Holly Food Market. If tenants want to eat out instead, the Quebec Street Café, Casey’s Bistro, and Noodles & Company are all nearby. Reviewers found fault with maintenance issues and inconsistent customer service from management, but appreciated the location and soundproof walls. Botanica on the Green welcomes cats and dogs, and there are several parks in the vicinity to explore.
