Apartment Review for 1135 Broadway Residences

im a professional young guy with a family and we all went to look at these apartments and the manager Deena was all pist off of for no reason at us? my 3yr old was scared of her and he loves everyone !!! i believe he called her "bad people". talked to some residents outside about the place and they said dont bother. one guy said he moved in and had a list of repairs that should have been taken care of before movin and the hot water wasnt even on when he movedin in may. There was also a bum sleeping by the door! i think the thing that made me not rent here was the very rude, spitful manager deena. If you would like more info on the place let me know, i have several friends that are awaiting for their lease to end so they can move!!
