Apartment Review for 1500 And 1510 S. Albion St. Apartments

The owners do nothing about the managers behavior. This buildings are a non-smoking but the manager is allowed to smoke pot. The manager is drunk at night and sleeps in late. The manager does not clean up, just look at the back of the buildings, trash all over the place. Besides paying rent you have the common lights and heating, your own electric bill. The only thing that is free is the wi-fi. I believe that the commom lights and heat should be paid for by the owners. Never lived somewhere that the tenents paid for common areas and heat.
