First, this complex used to be called Vassar Place so you can check the ratings for them as well. There are a number of problems that presented themselves since the change in management. They are far less personable and less likely to work with you if you have an issue moneywise. This translates into sending you to lawyers at the ten day mark if you are late on your rent, costing you an additional $135.
Getting anything fixed is a chore as my wife and I had to wait 2 months to get a replacement microwave, and 3 months to replace a dryer that was on again/off again. The tiles on the counters are falling off and the thermostat, even though we have complained numerous times, is inaccurate and doesnt track the temps properly.
Finally, the neighborhood has really slid since the new management has taken over. There are people outside the buildings at all hours with loud music and there was what I can only describe as a gang fight outside just last weekend between three guys.
This used to be a nice place to live but now I am seriously considering moving to what would have to be a better neighborhood.
