Bottom line: it looks really nice, but nothing works, including the staff. When everything breaks it would be good to have a good maintenance man but getting one in your apartment (a simple task?) is a bureacratic nightmare and he basically improvised with my toilet, not actually fixing it so it runs all the time but fixing it enough that it doesn't spew water. You have to pay for parking or fight over the few free spaces that are far away, and you will get a ticket if you park along the side of the road, in a safe place, by your apartment, because you are not paying. In the almost year I've lived her I have NEVER, that's right, NEVER been able to swim in the pool. Even when it looks clean and sparkling, it is SO COLD that no one can stand going in and now it is just green and brown. No one uses any of the amenities, because they don't work. The gates are broken, and the apartment itself is basically plastic crap. It's not hell or anything because I've only had one basic need broken (toilet) but don't fall for any of the "luxury" side of it.
