I loved the floor plan but that was it. We lived in the blue spruce plan. Also we never heard any noise but we lived on the 3rd floor (I am not sure if you can hear people walk, etc..) When you go talk to the leasing people and ask them about the ratings... they will tell you it's only one person posting over and over (which isn't true). The resident manager is a huge PITA! They have all the nice people working at the leasing office to suck you in and then you are left with the LAZY management girls. The property is always dirty. They never cleaned anything. The breezeways were full of bugs and dirt. WHen we moved in the apartment was soooo dirty and the carpets were horrible. They cut out stains in the carpet and replaced patches rather than replacing the carpet. How cheap is that?!?!
