AMLI looks nice at first, but this is the worst renting experience I have ever had. The staff appear genuine when attempting to rent you a unit, but they are anything but helpful once you've signed a lease! Despite what the sales associates tell you, parking is an absolute nightmare. Anytime after 5:00pm you may as well count on parking at the park across the street. If you don't rent a garage or specific space for $100 or $30 respectively, count on getting towed (because there is no choice but to park illegally). Note: we were told there was PLENTY of open-air (aka free parking). These people will say anything to make the sale.
Aside from the parking issue, most of the advertised facilities have fallen into disrepair. If you point out the broken gym or computer equipment they'll say "Oh... someone will be here within the next few days to fix that". We've lived here for five months and everything is still broken.
I could go on and on. Bottom line though: DON'T RENT HERE. Even if its a few dollars more to rent elsewhere, please save yourself the headache (and towing fees).
