Review for Bear Valley Park Apartments

Very expensive for the noise, children not controlled, management unprofessional, walls paper thin, winter time-don't expect your walks to be maintained, pool is always shut down for one reason or another. Management will walk you through the cleanest halls, after I moved in I walked through hallways and there was graffiti on walls and very dirty. Renters "BEWARE" For the price I would not recommend. Also management is Corporate so don't think about complaining, you will get past receptionist at corp.
