Review for Bluffs At Highlands Ranch Apartments

I have lived in apartments my whole adult life and I am 49 years old. I have never seen a staff this bad, EVER. The office leasing people are rude ALL the time. Even worse, maintenance does not know how to fix anything. They seem to have to send out for repairing things and they do not know how to fix anything. Whenever we need something fixed, it takes several days, the job request is handled with a grudge by the leasing ladies and maintenance never gets how to to it correctly. If you are a handyman(Which my husband is not) then it should be ok to live here. That is if you don't mind the leasing staff giving you an attitude everytime you go to the office. And my husband and I pay our rent on time always. We will not renew our lease. Rent here If you like insects and mice as my neighbor told me he gets and we get spiders.
